Didn't like anything, except clean rooms

Lack of and location of elevator

Our experience here was very relaxing. The breakfast with fruit and scrambled eggs, for instance was excellent, you'll find what you need. The jewel in the crown was excellent staff. The service here was excellent. Furthermore, the parking was outside and convenient. The hotel has convenient location really close to restaurants, Milwaukee and Madison, and Wisconsin.

This hotel suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, clean swimming pool, and helpful 24-hour reception. On my first visit, the staff guided me on places to explore, which I still remember. I highly recommend this place for its great breakfast and friendly service. I'm definitely coming back for my next trip!

Price, room the whole experience!

Soft and comfortable beds with just the right amount of pillows

The pool area and hot tub area will need upkeep. There is mold and mildew around windows floor and steps into the pool.

The King Room was super comfy, with nice bedding and a good mattress. I loved the microwave and fridge in the room for extra convenience. The cleanliness stood out too! The internet was slow, frustrating when I needed to connect. It was like a solid stay.

I liked the breakfast room because it was easy to find tasty and nourishing food. The room looked like a small dining room. Whenever possible, I choose to stay at a Holiday Inn Express. :)

Our room was brand-new and reasonably large, included with Kuerig coffee maker and new mattress, for instance. Strategic location of the hotel to the event we was in town for.

We enjoyed a good stay, thanks to the very accommodating staff! They even offered a late checkout for our event, a lifesaver. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with fresh options that kept us fueled for our day. Highly recommend for a stress-free experience!

Well-maintained hotel with comfortable beds.

My stay felt quite uncomfortable due to the cramped room. The air conditioning unit made strange noises all night, disrupting my sleep. Even though I requested a handicap accessible room, the adjustments they made led to significant inconvenience.

Our stay was relaxing and the breakfast was awesome. We visited two amazing spots, a beautiful beach for some sun and a fun amusement park nearby. The common area was perfect.

The only downside was the internet quality. It was quite slow.
